H.I.G. completes NCI buyout

H.I.G. Capital LLC has closed its previously announced acquisition of Reston, Virginia-based NCI Inc, a provider of enterprise solutions and services for U.S. defense, intelligence, health and civilian government agencies. According to an earlier item on the deal, H.I.G. completed a tender offer of $20 per share for NCI.
