New Mountain Capital has made an undisclosed growth investment in Hamilton, New Jersey-based Sparta Systems Inc, a provider of cloud and on-premise quality management software. As a result of this transaction, Thoma Bravo, Sparta’s previous main investor, will retain a minority stake in the company.

(“Sparta”). Previous majority investor Thoma Bravo LLC (“Thoma Bravo”) will retain a minority stake in the company. Financial details were not disclosed.
