The investors were GoldPoint Partners and Spectrum’s current private equity backer Blue Sea Capital as well as GCM Grosvenor and Hamilton Lane on behalf of the New York State Common Retirement Fund.

Spectrum Vision Partners (“Spectrum” or “SVP”) has announced a substantial equity investment by leading investment firms GoldPoint Partners LLC (“GoldPoint”), GCM Grosvenor (“GCM Grosvenor”) and Hamilton Lane (“Hamilton Lane”). GCM Grosvenor and Hamilton Lane invested on behalf of the New York State Common Retirement Fund. The new investors are co-investing alongside Blue Sea Capital (“Blue Sea”), SVP’s existing lead private equity partner.
Spectrum Vision Partners is a leading management services organization serving the ophthalmology sector. SVP administratively supports the growth of some of the leading ophthalmology practices and ambulatory surgery centers in the Tri-state region, including Ophthalmic Consultants of Long Island (“OCLI”), Island Eye Surgicenter, Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut, and New Vision Cataract Center.
