Wildcat Capital Management, the family office of TPG Capital co-founder David Bonderman, invested in car wash businesses Moo Moo Express and Flying Ace Express, uniting them under the platform Express Wash Concepts. Moo Moo Founder and Managing Partner John Roush will become chief executive of Express Wash Concepts. Flying Ace co-founders Dan Eisenhauer and Jeff Gilger will become vice president of operations and vice president of development.

Moo Moo Express and Flying Ace Express today announced a strategic investment partnership with Wildcat Capital Management, the family office of TPG Capital co-founder, David Bonderman. The investment will enable Moo Moo and Flying Ace to continue to build on their success, and further accelerate growth and expansion into new Ohio-based markets.

As a result of the transaction, Moo Moo and Flying Ace will join under a newly formed parent company Express Wash Concepts. Moo Moo Founder and Managing Partner, John Roush, will serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Express Wash Concepts, while Flying Ace Co-Founders Dan Eisenhauer and Jeff Gilger will assume the roles of Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Development. Moo Moo and Flying Ace operate a total of 16 locations today, with additional washes planned for 2018.
