Italian corporate and financial law firm Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners advised private equity firm 21 Investimenti in the acquisition of a majority stake in fresh produce packaging company Carton Pack, based in Rutigliano (Bari, Apulia).
Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners advised 21 Investimenti on the M&A matters with a team led by partner Stefano Catenacci including associates Michele Ventura and Maria Persichetti, as well as on the bank financing of the transaction with a team comprising partner Gaetano Carrello and associate Marcello Legrottaglie.
Vitale & Co. acted as financial advisers, while Grande Stevens assisted them on their legal profiles with a team composed by partners Daniele Bonvicini and Riccardo Sismondi and associates Matteo Montironi, Carola Irneri and Giulia Marrazza.
