Enlightenment Capital has acquired McLean, Virginia-based Trowbridge & Trowbridge, a provider of IT solutions to defense, intelligence and civilian government agencies. No financial terms were disclosed.

Chevy Chase, Maryland – April 22, 2019: Enlightenment Capital, an Aerospace, Defense & Government focused investment firm based in the Washington, DC area, announced it has acquired Trowbridge & Trowbridge (“Trowbridge”), a provider of IT solutions to defense, intelligence, and civilian government agencies. Trowbridge will serve as Enlightenment’s newest platform.

Founded in 2006, and headquartered in the Washington, DC area, Trowbridge is a leading provider of cloud engineering, cybersecurity, IT engineering, application development, and network engineering solutions to the federal government. The Company is a trusted partner to government agencies looking for solutions to their most complex IT challenges.
