CDP Equity has acquired a minority stake in TH Resorts group, an Italian manager of hotels. No financial terms were disclosed. Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners advised CDP Equity on the transaction.

Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners advised CDP Equity S.p.A. on the acquisition of a 46 per cent stake in Hotelturist S.p.A. by means of multiple capital increases to support the development of TH Resorts group.
The Firm assisted Hotelturist with a team composed by partner Bruno Gattai, senior associate Federico Bal, and associates Maria Persichetti and Domenico Garofalo. Partner Silvia D’Alberti and counsel Claudia Cattarin handled the competition profiles of the transaction.
Law firm Benassia-Maccagno e Bassilana advised Hotelturist shareholders Solfin Turismo and ISA with a team comprising Paolo Bassilana, Giorgio Prinzivalli, Simone Ronzoni and Alberto Conti.
