CID Capital and ORIX Mezzanine & Private Equity have acquired Toronto-based Giftcraft, a provider of fashion, decor, giftware, health, wellness and gourmet consumer products. No financial terms were disclosed. Piper Jaffray was financial adviser to Giftcraft on the deal.

Giftcraft Ltd. (“Giftcraft”) has been acquired by CID Capital (“CID”) and ORIX Mezzanine & Private Equity (“ORIX”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Piper Jaffray served as exclusive financial advisor to Giftcraft in connection with the transaction.
