CPF acquires specialty veterinary group SAGE

Chicago Pacific Founders has acquired Northern California-based SAGE Centers for Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Care, a specialty veterinary platform. No financial terms were disclosed.

Founded more than 26 years ago, SAGE is a leading independent specialty veterinary group on the West Coast. With a dedicated team of 80 veterinarians and over 370 supporting staff members, SAGE is committed to providing the highest standard of veterinary care and currently serves over 40,000 new patients annually. SAGE provides a full range of specialty services and treatments for pets, including oncology, cardiology, neurology, internal medicine, and surgery, as well as 24/7 emergency care in each of its hospitals.
