Dot Family Holdings, the Tracy Family‘s investment office, has acquired St. Louis, Missouri-based TAGG Logistics, an ecommerce fulfillment platform. No financial terms were disclosed.

ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI (AUGUST 21, 2018) – Dot Family Holdings, the investment office of the Tracy Family, owners and operators Dot Foods, the largest food industry redistributor in North America, is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of TAGG Logistics.
TAGG is an e-commerce fulfillment platform headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Dot Family Holdings (DFH) will provide oversight and governance of the company, while TAGG’s current leadership team continues to manage operations.
TAGG was founded in 2006 by Tod Yazdi and Gary Patterson and today offers nationwide B2B and B2C e-commerce fulfillment, along with distribution and packaging services. In addition to the St. Louis headquarters, the company has four facilities in Reno, Nevada, and one in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, area. TAGG employs 140 people.
