Encore Consumer Capital has made an investment in Austin, Texas-based Veggie Noodle Co, a food brand. No financial terms were disclosed.

San Francisco, California, August 17, 2017 – Encore Consumer Capital (“Encore”), a private equity firm that invests exclusively in leading consumer products companies, is pleased to announce that it has made an investment in Veggie Noodle Co. (“VNC”).

VNC, based in Austin, Texas, is a food brand twisting up the produce department nationwide. Founded by Mason Arnold in 2015, Veggie Noodle Co. has seen rapid growth and distribution from a single store in Austin, Texas, to more than 1800 stores in around 40 states, including major retailers like Whole Foods, Kroger, and Target.
