Barry Harbour, Managing Director
Barry is a skilled corporate strategist and former corporate development executive with more than 25 years of deal related experience. Prior to co-founding Apex Partners, he played a key role in taking a venture-backed startup from its initial funding to almost $4 billion in annual revenues and achieving Fortune 500 status. As a principal and an advisor, he has led more than 100 middle market transactions valued in excess of $3 billion and has worked both domestically and internationally in the areas of corporate finance, corporate development and financial planning & analysis. Barry is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth, the Private Directors Association and is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative (Series 62 and 63) and Investment Banking Representative (Series 79).
