Gen Cap America Partners with Mid America Metals

Nashville, Tenn., May 31, 2018 – Gen Cap America, Inc. announced today that it has sponsored a buyout of Mid America Metals in partnership with management. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Established in 1985, Mid America Metals, based in Ozark, Missouri, is a leading metal and stone refinishing and wood restoration company. With more than 30 years of experience, Mid America Metals provides restoration services to architectural and commercial buildings throughout the United States.

Matt Lane, Managing Director at Gen Cap America stated, “We are excited to have the opportunity to invest in Mid America Metals alongside the management team. Mid America Metals is an excellent company with an outstanding reputation and track record in the building restoration sector.”

The Mid America Metals management team will be led by Dale Donat and his son, Brandon Donat. Dale founded the business with his brother in 1985.
