NexPhase Capital has recapitalized Austin, Texas-based Action Behavior Centers, a provider of early intensive behavioral intervention therapy for children on the autism spectrum. No financial terms were disclosed. Cain Brothers provided financial advice to Action Behavior Center on the transaction.
