Thoma Bravo completes Nintex buyout

Thoma Bravo has closed its previously announced acquisition of a majority stake in Nintex, a provider of intelligent process automation solutions, from an investor group led by TA Associates. No financial terms were disclosed. TA Associates will retain a minority stake in Nintex.

Thoma Bravo acquired the interest from an investor group led by TA Associates, who will retain a minority stake in the company. Financial details were not disclosed.
