Webster Capital has acquired Salt Lake City-based JBR Clinical Research, a clinical research site manager conducting post-op pain studies on behalf of pharmaceutical companies. No financial terms were disclosed.

Waltham, MA (August 6, 2018) – Webster Capital is pleased to announce its partnership with JBR Clinical Research (“JBR” or the “Company”), a clinical research site manager conducting post-op pain studies on behalf of pharmaceutical companies.

Founded in 1986 and based in Salt Lake City, Utah, JBR is a clinical research site manager for multiple therapeutic areas. The Company has completed nearly 500 clinical studies across phase I-IV since inception and offers study services spanning from patient recruitment and screening/enrollment, to medical procedures and monitoring. For over three decades, JBR has partnered with clinical trial sponsors and CROs for accurate, results-driven clinical research studies for a variety of therapeutic indications.
