BioTek Instruments Inc is exploring options including a sale, Bloomberg is reporting. Healthcare companies and investment funds have expressed a preliminary interest in BioTek, a U.S. medical device maker, the story said. BioTek could be valued at $1 billion, Bloomberg said.
