Knox Capital Holdings LLC has recapitalized Boston, Toronto and Paris-based HaystackID LLC, an eDiscovery and forensics services provider, according to a source familiar with the transaction. No financial terms were disclosed. Knox partnered on the investment with unnamed investors and Maranon Capital, who provided mezzanine debt and an equity co-investment. TCF Bank provided senior debt financing.
