4M Building Solutions, a commercial cleaning and janitorial platform backed by O2 Investment Partners, has acquired Calvary Building Services. Calvary Building Services (CBS) is a provider of janitorial services to companies in the corporate owner-occupied, multi-tenant, education, manufacturing/logistics, medical, and special services sectors. CBS’ services include day porter staffing, carpet cleaning, floor care, stripping and waxing, and window cleaning. The Grand Rapids, Michigan-headquartered company was founded in 2017 by Matt Joyce. 4M Building Solutions is a St. Louis-headquartered provider of commercial cleaning, janitorial, disinfection, and housekeeping services in 27 states across the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast.
