Private equity investor Terra Firma said on Thursday it had agreed to sell its Italian solar portfolio RTR to infrastructure fund F2i for 1.3 billion euros ($1.5 billion).
The RTR portfolio has an installed capacity of 334 megawatts spread across 134 production sites.
