TierPoint, which is backed by TA Associates, is exploring strategic options including raising new equity, Bloomberg reported. TierPoint, which provides data centers and other technology, seeking an equity injection of $250 million to $500 million, the story said. Other TierPoint investors include RedBird Capital Partners and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Bloomberg said.
