Warburg Pincus is in talks to buy NCR, while Apollo Global Management has also expressed interest, according to DealReporter. Bank of America is advising NCR, which makes ATM machines, on the transaction, the story said. Bloomberg earlier this month reported that NCR was exploring options, including a sale.
