Gridiron Capital has merged two of its portfolio companies, Leaf Home and Erie Home, both direct-to-consumer providers of residential home services. Supporting the combination of Leaf Home and Erie Home were Ares Management, which provided a preferred equity investment, and Apollo, which provided debt financing.
