Trinity Hunt Partners has expanded its commercial HVAC platform, NexCore, through the acquisition of Action Air Systems and Accutemp Engineering. Action Air Systems is a Connecticut-based provider of HVAC design and build, installation and repair, plumbing, piping, and sheet-metal fabrication services to commercial, industrial, institutional, and government clients. Massachusetts-based Accutemp Engineering is a provider of HVAC design and build, construction, air quality testing, and ductwork services. The buys of Action Air and Accutemp are the ninth and tenth acquisitions for the platform since being formed by Trinity Hunt in April 2023.
